Shipping

Many items from The Johnston Co. are made to order, preordered, or custom designed. Turnaround times vary by item and are always listed on the product page.

The Johnston Co. submits orders to vendors every Wednesday. Orders placed before the weekly cutoff will be included in that week's order whenever possible. Orders placed after Wednesday will be included in the following week's batch.

• Graphic tees: Approximately 1–2 weeks for The Johnston Co. to receive inventory from our vendor, plus shipping or pickup time.
• Preorder apparel: Generally 2–6 weeks, depending on the item and vendor.
• Custom pieces: Turnaround varies based on design complexity and production requirements.
• Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2–5 business days.

Please note that turnaround times begin after the preorder closes or after custom details have been finalized.

Orders are shipped within the United States. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping carrier transit times are separate from production and processing times.

Local pickup is available in Aquilla and Whitney. Customers will receive pickup details once their order is ready.

While I work hard to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to vendor production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, or high order volume. If a delay occurs, I will keep you informed throughout the process.

The Johnston Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
